Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use the TG360 DSCR calculator and the emails that follow. We keep this short on purpose.
The short version
When you ask TG360 to email you your DSCR result, we store your email address, the ratio, and the numbers you entered. We send two emails: one to you with your result and a lender checklist, and one to our team so we know a farmer reached out. We never sell your information, and we never share your individual inputs with anyone outside TG360.

What we collect from the calculator
The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent anywhere until you choose to email yourself the result. At that point we save the following to our database:
- Email address — the address you enter to receive your result.
- Your DSCR value and band — the ratio and the color-coded category shown on screen.
- Your calculator inputs — net farm income, depreciation, interest paid, non-farm income, family living withdrawals, income taxes, annual principal payments, annual debt payments, and the stress-test percentage.
- A timestamp and the page you came from — so we can tell when and where a lead originated.
We do not collect your name, phone number, farm name, physical address, or any payment information through the calculator.
The emails we send
Submitting the calculator triggers two emails:
- To you (the farmer): your DSCR result, the lender-ready band, a summary of your inputs, and a link to download the farm loan renewal checklist. This email comes from notify@tapgrow360.com.
- To our team: an alert to heath@tapgrow360.com letting us know a farmer requested their result. It includes your email, ratio, band, and inputs so we can follow up helpfully — never to resell.
These emails are transactional — they are sent once, in response to your request, and are not a recurring newsletter. We do not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
How long we keep it
Calculator lead records are retained so we can respond to your request and follow up if you start a trial. If you ask us to delete your lead, we will remove your email and inputs from our database. Contact us at heath@tapgrow360.com to request deletion.
Where the data lives
Calculator leads and email delivery are handled through TG360's backend infrastructure. Your data is stored in our managed database, and emails are delivered through our verified sending domain (notify.tapgrow360.com). We do not share your individual calculator inputs with third parties.
Who can see it
Only the TG360 team has access to calculator leads. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email or financial inputs. Aggregate, anonymized information (for example, "the average DSCR of farmers who used the calculator") may be used in marketing or outreach, but never in a way that identifies you.
Your choices
- Don't want anything stored? Simply don't submit the email form — the calculator works without it.
- Want your lead deleted? Email heath@tapgrow360.com and we'll remove your record.
- Want to stop hearing from us? Reply to any email from TG360 and ask to be removed.
